A’ Level Thursday 13th August 2026 8:00am
GCSE Thursday 20th August 9:00am

If students would like to request a ‘Review of Marking’ they are encouraged to speak to either Mr Merryweather, their subject teacher, Head of Department or a senior member of staff to discuss their results before making any decisions. A clerical re-check or review of marking may result in a higher grade, the lowering of a grade, or the same result as originally awarded. Reviewers will not re-mark the script. The results at this stage are provisional to allow for any enquiries about results to take place.

If a student’s University place is pending, it is recommended to go straight for a Priority Service 2 Review of Marking and inform the university that you have made this request. For all details and costs of the Post-Results Services available, please see the ‘Post Results Services Summer 2025 Services and Fees’ form on the website. Details and forms will also be available in school on results day.

The Exams Office will be open to accept Priority Review of Marking (for students whose place in further/higher education is dependent on the outcome of an urgent review) and Priority Script Requests (for students wanting to see their paper before deciding on whether to request a non-priority Review of Marking) on:

· Thursday 14h August 2025 8.00 am until 2.30 pm

· Friday 15th August 2025 9.30 am until 1.00 pm

· Wednesday 21st August 2025
